Notes: GNU VCDImager is free software licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. It is a suite of command line tools for authoring, disassembling and analyzing Video CD's and Super Video CD's. Its core functionality consists of directly making Video CD BIN/CUE-style CD images from mpeg files. PhotoPublish uses GNU VCDImager to build VideoCD CD images. GNU VCDImager is optional to PhotoPublish, but is highly recommended. It should be in the 'PhotoPublish\Utilities' directory.
